There have been many arguments over the difference between weather modification and geo-engineering. We hope to clear up these differences and their connections, in this study.
This was originally published in 2015 with The Critical Post Chicago. Hailed, at the time, as the most in depth study of geoengineering by alternative media. Since then, censorship of truth about chemtrails has been widespread but the facts are still there while we dig, once again into WTH are they spraying in our skies and why?
Weather Modification – There’s more to artificial clouds than just water.

“Weather modification means cloud seeding with silver iodide (AgI)— hygroscopic metallic aerosols that provide a dense field of cloud condensation nuclei (CCNs) to thicken clouds and induce precipitation. Condensation nuclei are the basis of cloud development. When mixed with moisture, silver iodide promotes cloud formation by providing CCNs that jet exhaust moisture can bond with. The invisible cloud-seeding chemicals are dispersed in the atmosphere at around 20,000 feet, in front of incoming moisture fronts, enhancing contrails from jet air traffic and often spawning cloud cover prior to the storm’s arrival.”

The reference is in regards to the amount of silver found in run-off and if the levels of concentration are harmful or not -Silver Iodide is what the clouds are seeded with to enhance precipitation.
But recently, scientists found that stratospheric water destroys ozone. In addition to adding CO2 directly into the upper atmosphere, jet aircraft inject their water vapor into the lower stratosphere where the ozone layer helps protect the Earth from Solar radiation.
NASA researchers found that high-altitude clouds formed around condensation nuclei comprised of “metallic aerosols and mineral dust” The same ingredients found in cloud seeding flares and cloud seeding flares also contain chemicals and metals that are toxic to living things, including aluminum, strontium and magnesium.
When jet aircraft ascend through areas of high relative humidity or dense clouds, exhaust moisture bonds with the nuclei, depending on where the sun is, to create ice crystals and ultimately, artificial clouds.
“The reason today’s jets now form persistent contrails,” explains Marshall Smith, a former NASA-Ames aeronautical engineer, “is that the sooty particulates in older jet exhaust provided a nucleus around which ice crystals would form (giving us a contrail). But because of its dark color, the sooty particulate absorbed solar energy which melted the ice crystals, dissipating the contrail. Today’s cleaner and thus clearer jet exhaust allows solar energy to pass right through it, and so contrails persist and spread into high cirrus clouds lasting 24-36 hours.”

As there is no cost effective way to remove CO2 on a massive scale required, the focus is on SRM. In contrast to weather modification programs using salt-based silver iodide aerosols, (silver nitrate and potassium iodide) climatologists feel that the only way to decrease the amount of solar radiation is to add sulfur dioxide aerosols into the stratosphere, using aircraft.

Dane paints the picture of the weather channel spins, sometimes for ten or fifteen minutes spiels at a time, trying to explain the record snow falls in eastern North America this year, where freezing takes place at 5,000 to 6,000 feet up but somehow, there is frozen precipitation on the ground. “…this is what we would expect with a chemically ice nucleated material and what they don’t tell you is that within the next day or two, temperatures within 200 miles of the north pole, are expected to get as high as 30 degrees Fahrenheit…I wish we were heading into a sort of mini ice-age.”
The coldest place on the planet for the entire 2014 year period was the eastern half of the North American Continent and yet, there was no snow 1400 feet up in the Sierra’s. LA was in the nineties in February. Amarillo Texas reached an all time high, May 1st, 2013 at a 100 degrees on the ground and snowed the next day.
October 4th, 2013, a hundred thousand cattle died, in a freak snow storm in South Dakota when it was ony 40 degrees. At the same date, Chicago was 85 degrees and rain, Kansas, 90 degrees and rain.

Adding Fuel to the Fire – Ocean Fertilization
“Iron slag is used to create plankton blooms to try to draw some of the CO2 out of the air, which kills that section of the ocean. Without oxygen, this drops the bottom out of the food chain.
“There is also ocean acidification,” he explained, “that forces the ocean to uptake more CO2, possibly to hide the build up of gas in the atmosphere.”
“There is excessive UVB radiation, that kills plankton, we think, with the solar radiation management, the materials they’re spraying over the ocean, also contain industrial waste from steel processing and when those materials settle on the surface of the ocean,it becomes ocean iron fertilization and that is another form of geo-engineering and another way to hamper earth’s natural life support systems. So it’s one layer of insanity heaped on another, another and on another.
And as the ocean warms, it releases methane and hydrogen sulfide from the sea bed and that kills yet more ocean.”
What he could say with absolute surety, “We know this, we know that ocean fertilization is being pushed, we know that period view science study was done on the utilization of iron slag for ocean fertilization and we know, massive amounts of iron are showing up over the oceans. The environmental community is willfully blind. They are only concerned, it appears, with their 501 non profits. The media does what it’s told to do and we have a very bad equation…. Everyone that works in these areas in geo-engineering are being told that they are helping the planet and we need to change that equation. We are in free fall towards near term extinction.”
As for stopping geo-engineering, that’s where our real problems on the planet will begin. In order for the earth to right itself, will be to respond in her own way. There is little doubt though, that the response will be cataclysmic and beyond anything we’ve experienced to date.”

@ 4:25- 6:50 Ok, well when you start throwing these oxides, like aluminum hydroxide, barium oxide, boron, manganese oxide, these things, it raises the pH of the soil. Now, like I said, I’ve got the 1983 soil data for my area and I know which type of soil is naturally high in pH, and soils should be running somewhere between 4.5 to 6.0 and since the chemtrails have been started, pH has gone sky-high, about 10-20 times more alkaline. And we have measured this, and we have previous data, we have current data, over 300 tests have been taken, and we are getting sky high pH’s now that should not be there. And when that gets into commercial agricultural crops such as tomatoes and potatoes you should have a pH of your soil to grow good tomatoes and potatoes somewhere in the 5’s, like oh, somewhere in the 5.5 to 6.0 would be good for tomatoes and potatoes. But my, our, my tomato crop has gone way way down, and I’ve given up on potatoes now, because in my soil, and I measure it on a regular basis, my pH is 6.8, whereas 5, 6, or 7 years ago, it was about 5.6. And I’m pouring pine needles and black oak leaves into the ground as compost, trying to get the pH back down into the acidic range so I can have good tomatoes. I can’t drive the pH back to it’s normal level, I’m getting very consistently 6.8 , 6.6 pH when I should have 5.6. This is what happened to the California tomato crop, same thing. pH went so high you could still get tomatoes, but you couldn’t get a crop that was financially big enough to harvest.”
This claim can be factually examined by seeking out USDA production data for California tomato production.

Claim #2 – After years of soil amendment with compost, his backyard garden soil pH has increased from acidic to more basic levels, and more additions of compost haven’t driven it down again.

Finished compost usually has a pH around neutral, in the range of 6–8. It also tends to have a high buffering capacity, meaning that it resists change in pH. Soils with high buffering capacities do not experience drastic pH fluctuations that may be detrimental to microbial life and plant growth. Buffering capacity needs to be taken into account when determining the amounts of lime, sulfur, or other chemicals that are applied to soil to alter its pH.
The buffering capacity of soil may be provided by either mineral or organic components.
Quartz sand has almost no buffering capacity, so even small additions of acid will drop the pH of the sand and its drainage water. In contrast, a sand made of crushed limestone is highly buffered because it contains calcium and magnesium carbonates. The addition of organic matter such as compost tends to increase a soil’s buffering capacity.

Jay Reynolds, Senior Member of Metabunk.org forums offered his insight, “Mangels is under the mistaken impression that adding compost which he measures at 6.8 pH will acidify his soil when the facts are that compost addition tends to do the exact opposite, it neutralizes soil and adds a buffering capacity that resists pH change.”
Mangels was also found not to use the correct practice for making a valid pH test. Reynolds asked him in a phone conversation how he did his testing and Mangels told him, “… that he just inserts a trowel into the soil and then follows that by inserting the paper directly into the soil. I told him that method was not correct, yet he insisted that it was. I have been unable to find a single reference to the “Mangels Method” of pH testing. Tests on Mt Shasta

“It seems that the die-hard skeptics refuse to believe what they see with their own eyes. No matter how many laboratory tests we collect, they always seem to come up with a theory that, no matter how far fetched it is, would explain the high levels of aluminum, barium, and strontium as merely due to some climate condition or error in preparing the chemical sample or some unintended human interaction.
SKI SLOPE THEORY
When we released our documentary, What in the World Are They Spraying, we included snow samples taken from Mt. Shasta in Northern California, which contained toxic levels of these metals. Since snow is merely frozen rain water, it was clear that this came from the sky and not from the soil or water run-off from some toxic waste dump. Nevertheless, an Internet debunker challenged our conclusion by claiming that people ski on Mt. Shasta, and skis are made of aluminum. Therefore, the tested aluminum probably came from the skis! Nothing to worry about after all.
Of course, this was all made-up nonsense. People do ski on Mt. Shasta, but it is a big mountain, and there has never been any skiing in the area where the samples were taken. Even if there had been, that would not explain the high levels of barium and strontium. These metals are not used in the construction of skis. Our debunker never bothered to check on any of that. He was merely looking for some plausible explanation in order to plant doubts into the minds of casual readers. If people are confused by seemingly plausible explanations that even remotely could explain away the high levels of aluminum, barium, and strontium in snow and rain water, they will back away from coming to a conclusion and align themselves with the prevailing view.
DUST-BOWL THEORY
Another debunker contacted me a few days ago and claimed that a plausible explanation for the chemicals in snow on Mt. Shasta is that the samples were taken in a year with early snow melt which, according to him, means there was a lot of bare earth exposed at the time, and the wind must have blown dust from the earth onto the snow. Furthermore, he claims that the soil on Mt. Shasta contains the same metals as found in the samples; so, you see? Here is another perfectly plausible explanation. Once again, nothing to worry about.
We are planning to respond to this gentleman as soon as we can find the time to carefully examine his claims about the early snow melt, the amount of bare earth exposed, the composition of the surface soil, and especially the rainfall and moisture levels of the soil during this period. I expect to find that, even if there had been an early snow melt, the soil on Mt. Shasta would have been far too moist and covered with moss, ferns, or other ground cover to make the “dust-bowl” theory even remotely plausible. But that will take a little time to pull the facts together.
Meanwhile, we must not just play defensive and spend our lives answering the debunkers. We must take the initiative and obtain new data and information that will be impossible to dispute. The on-going collection of new snow and rain samples is part of that strategy. After we have literally hundreds of such chemical tests, I think our critics will run out of plausible-denial theories.”

A:Aluminum is listed in the EPA Secondary Drinking Water Standards, and as such, it is not considered a health hazard. The recommended level is 0.2 mg/L and concentrations above that are said to impart color to water, but are not a health concern.
Strontium, when expressed as ppm, is usually a metal that can be found naturally as a non-radioactive non-regulated element. Other naturally occurring strontium is found as four stable isotopes: Sr-84, -86, -87 and -88. Of greater concern is another isotope, strontium-90, the most prevalent radioactive isotope in the environment, although strontium-89 can be found around reactors, and strontium-85 is used in industry and medicine.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has set a MCL (Maximum Contaminant Level) for Sr-90 (and other radionuclides) that may be present in public drinking water. The MCL for beta emitters like these is 4 millirem per year or 8 picocuries per liter of water, and a water analysis would report the results in these units.
If the test for strontium is expressed as ppm or micrograms/liter, then the strontium is probably non-radioactive.
The EPA MCL for barium is 2 ppm. So, your snow melt contains less than all these MCLs that we’ve discussed but we don’t know what the city water contains.
It seems to me that you should be looking at your Mt. Shasta city water report. They are required to send this to the community once or twice per year. This is the water that a bottler should really be concerned about.
For drinkers of melted snow, the three contaminants we’ve just discussed don’t seem to be a problem.

During the Food Integrity Now interview of May 18, 2011, I mentioned that the Mt. Shasta News had reported two years ago that local tests found only trace or no aluminum in water samples of the area. This is important because these local tests had to have been known to Wigington, Mangels, and Rose Taylor prior to creation of Murphy’s film, yet no mention of it had ever been made. Mangels and the others even asked for the local tests to be made! In his response, however, it was clear that indeed Murphy was aware of the local testing that contradicted the tests shown in the movie. Murphy claimed in the interview that the tests that contradicted his own were only from “well water.” Murphy’s claim is not true.

Murphy is aware that the testing that Mangels, Wigington, and Rose Taylor requested had publicly contradicted those shown in his movie. Murphy nevertheless created the movie as if no such tests existed. Either Murphy never read the article, was misinformed about the article, or he intentionally did not mention the fact that further testing contradicted the movie and the so-called “evidence” he cites at every public appearance. He knows now, however, and I will await a reevaluation of his position.

Michael J. Murphy, Co-Producer of “WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE THEY SPRAYING” has won multiple awards for his documentary film citing the damaging effects from chemtrail/geoengineering programs.
It should be noted that Michael Murphy was invited to film at Dane Wigington’s property almost at the moment he had a camera and decided to produce, “What in the World Are They Spraying”. Before he even began, he was neck deep from all sides before anyone knew what and who were psyops and disinfo agents. To his credit, he later explained, “All of a sudden people were sending me airplane tickets,” and “I didn’t even know how to film a documentary and only had a borrowed camera,” and “I’d go where people invited me to film,” and “Dane was one of those people,” before I was hip deep in Revelation.” And despite metabunk’s target, G. Edward Griffin, Griffin, for the record, never trusted Wigington and worked separately with Murphy.

A Closer Look at Metabunk
Who are Mick West, Jay Reynolds and David Keith?
Debunking forums are a good place to search out for discussions but when Google search brings you to Metabunk at the top of the various keyword searches and there are fewer visitors in comparison to other sites, one has to wonder how this happens and/or why these particular people would take such devoted interest in debunking anything to do with geoengineering. I am not a scientist and yet it is feasible that a small, missed detail can spoil a test but like the elephant in the room, discussions on patents and declassified information have been details that are conspicuously missing. Couple this by mixing dis-info agents in with credible researchers and you have a nice mix of confusion.
Mick West, owner of Metabunk – In real life, Mick West ([email protected]) was co-founder of Neversoft Entertainment and in the game industry since about 1991 and worked as a technical consultant as of circa 2008.
Mick’s article on Practical Fluid Dynamics as applied to realistic video game media suggests West is interested in creating a “chemtrail” that cannot be easily distinguished from a “contrail”.
“Fluid effects such as rising smoke and turbulent water flow are everywhere in nature, but are seldom implemented convincingly in computer games. The simulation of fluids (which covers both liquids and gasses) is computationally very expensive.”
“The most common purpose ascribed to the supposed spraying is actually covert geoengineering. A better understanding of what covert geoengineering would entail, and how it might be detected, would allow a more rigorous debunking of the various conspiracy theories. ” – Mick West

Computers can’t tell the difference between nature and man-made interventions
If scientists cannot tell if the sky is already being geo-engineered by some secret organization, then how do we know they are not?
If contrails were covert geoengineering to cool the planet, they are failing to work as planned.

If you call the FAA and say the word “chemtrail” your response will be silence, laughter, or the canned response, “those are contrails and they are completely normal.”
So who are these people who are arguing on all sides to confuse the realities of Geoengineering and why? We have Metabunk who take apart theories using semantics and eloquent use of dis-info psyops or agents, (for lack of better terms) who have, in turn, tainted the credibility of sincere researchers — And we have yet more dis-info agents, with large followings, that resort to character annihilation, using foul language laced with threats.

Agricultural Defense Coalition Addresses the United Nations on Geoengineering
Rosalind Peterson from the Agricultural Defense Coalition speaking before the United Nations, “We are in a global drumbeat, talking about climate change and global warming. One of the things affected by climate change is agriculture but some of what we are seeing is man-made but man made in a different way than you may guess. Weather modification programs, experimental ones done by private companies, done by the United States Government, done by states across the United States are under way. There’s more than 50 of them in operation across the United States. All of these affect the agriculture because they change the climate that is needed for agriculture to survive. None of these programs that I know of today and this is all public record, are available at any time with over sight, agricultural over sight or public over sight. These programs impact agriculture and there are programs around the world, international corporations are modifying our weather all the time and they’re modifying it in ways that cover thousands and thousands of square miles. Most of it is chemically altered so that what happens is we are putting chemicals that are ground based chemicals shot into the air or chemicals coming from airplanes that change and modify our weather.

Spiking in Chemicals Found in Drinking Water in California and Arizona
Rosalind Peterson continues, “Studies at the University of Illinois on corn crop production show reductions. Without the process of photosynthesis, where plants, from sunlight, gain the energy to grow, to produce crops, we are going to find ourselves, if we mitigate in that direction, impacting the crop production not only here in the United States but world wide.
One of the things impacting crop production and reducing photosynthesis and also impacting the ability of solar power panels to generate the type of power that they should, is persistent jet contrails. NASA talks about persistent jet contrails as exacerbating global warming because they trap warmth in the atmosphere when they produce man made clouds. NASA also talks about when these persistent contrails change our climate and when they change our climate to the degree that one jet can leave a persistent contrail that can spread across the sky and expand to 4,000 km and last for 20 hours.

Note: How innocent is NASA in this when they send rockets, (Wallups) to break through the ionosphere “to monitor space weather”? “Canisters of high heat chemicals” are sent through the ionosphere in experiments to “study the affects on cloud formations.” The experiments give us colorful auroras that reach into the Southern Hemisphere which they describe as “wonderful”.

Rosalind Peterson also found it important to note that these contrails that produce a white haze are seen all across the United States.
Also noted was an EPA Report on Jet Fuel Emissions that contained Carbon monoxide, particulates, nitrogen oxides (increased asthma, respiratory symptoms and acid rain) volatile organic compounds (memory impairment) ozone, (crop and tree damage) nitric acid (atmospheric ozone depletion) and carcinogens.

With testing of civilian-grade jet A with additives nearly complete, 36 military bases in the US have converted away from the military-grade JP-8. The remaining more than 230 locations are slated to convert in 2014.
“For the conversion in the continental United States, the demonstration phase of the conversion is essentially completed,” said Susan Lowe, a spokeswoman for the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, the fuel-buying arm of the Department of Defense. “Virtually all DOD aviation and ground equipment has been tested and (is) ready for the use of commercial specification jet A fuel with additives.”
The two main exceptions to the conversion are jet A-1, a civilian grade nearly identical to JP-8 that is commonly used by the military outside of the US, and JP-5, which is mainly used on aircraft carriers. Jet A-1 has the same flash point as jet A but a lower freezing point: jet A freezes at minus 40 degrees Celsius and A-1 freezes at minus 47 degrees Celsius. The requirement of an antistatic additive for A-1 is another major difference, while JP-8 further requires corrosion inhibitor and icing inhibitor additives.
The DoD began the initiative in 2009 with demonstrations at four Air Force locations.

Advanced Stages: Biological forms – distinct and indistinct.

Yet the materials in these victims are the same materials found in environmental fallout. The biological materials also found in the fallout also match what can be cultured from human tissues obtained from people with and without the Morgellons condition. Lesions appear after working in backyard soils or being bitten by what, “doesn’t seem to be a biological bug”. In advanced cases, sufferers state that, “what looks like insects, emerge and scatter”. They report a “goo” like substance and many claim that their blood has changed into this, “thick goo.” There is a complete loss of energy and fibers of all colors appear that resist pulling and won’t burn in a match flame.
Of the crystals, (smaller than sesame seeds) being extracted from wounds, the bio-film starts out as a glue that hardens and lights up and glows when touched with a needle, (crystals are considered the best Piezo Electricity Generators) and they have many shapes from pyramids to hexagons, some even having glyphs or symbols on them.
Using a needle again and touching plaque that came from a wound, caused the plaque to shatter into many replicas of itself, creating a colony.Whether crystals or plaque, witnesses claim, fibers were always attached.
This mystery of Morgellons reminded me of the examples shown of symbiosis involving fungi and animals, specifically insects, presented at one of the Ted Talks, “6 Ways Mushrooms Can Save The World” where Mycologist, Paul Stamets lists how mycelium fungus can help save the universe: cleaning polluted soil, making insecticides, treating smallpox and even flu viruses.

They are called, “Bamboo Like Tubes.” There are also nano carbon forms that are a mixture like, “Pea Pod Nanos, Buds and Nano Wings.” These are just some of the Nano Carbon forms.
